I can see that aspect, certainly. its a thorny road though. it can be done, you just have to make sure everyone execute without it being passive-aggressive, or worse.
folksiness is great and i think is a very important part of branding if it is genuine .</description>

While I agree with you on most points, I feel like some degree of communication with customer on payment type (option 1), reminds customers that their dealing with a local business (owned by a local guy) - they&#039;re given an opportunity to help you out, so you can help them out. I guess this incorporates a degree of &quot;folksiness&quot; into the brand, but if your brand is &quot;local helpful business,&quot; I&#039;d argue that some amount of folksiness augments your brand.</description>
